How to Create pdf files in Microsoft office 2010

Follow the steps to create/convert word files to  pdf files. Open/Create Microsoft office word documents and navigate of office button. Which is present in the top left corner. There are two methods available to create/convert word files to pdf files.
Method 1 of 2
Click it and select save as option. It will popup a window and prompt you for an name. Give a name and select the file format option which present below to file name textbox. Select pdf and xps format in option then click save. Now you can see that, your word file is saved as pdf format.
Method 2 of 2
Place your cursor over the save as option and it will open a sidebar. In that side bar select pdf and xps format and then click on save button now you can have your word file as pdf.
