Keyboard shortcut created those people who want to save time. You can create keyboard shortcut to open any folder anywhere any time by pressing keys from keyboard which you made shortcut. If you want to make keyboard shortcut then do following steps:
Step 1
Open any folder from window explorer right click to that folder and send to desktop. It will create shortcut of this folder on desktop.
Step 2
Go to desktop and right click on that shortcut after that click on properties. It will open window like given in picture.
Step 3
Create your keyboard shortcut here. In this window give the shortcut value to Shortcut key. Press any key from keyboard which you want to keyboard shortcut. For example I want to make (c) as a keyboard shortcut for that folder then I simply write c in shortcut key as:
Step 4
Microsoft window automatically take Ctrl + Alt before the key which you want to make shortcut. Click on Ok button. Your shortcut is ready to use. To open folder by using this shortcut you have to hold down both the Ctrl and Alt keys simultaneously while pressing the letter you chose. Test your shortcut. Now you can open this folder anywhere no matter which window you opened by pressing this shortcut.
