Step 1: go to DC UNLOCKER download here
Step 2: after downloading, launch the Dc Unlocker icon on your desktop. After it opens, it ought to look like this:
Step 3: Insert another SIM different from the Default Modem
Sim into the Modem and Plug to your PC. (Do not forget to do this).
Step 4: Once the Dc Unlocker Application is Opened, Make
